Telling Time to the Half Hour

Lyrics: Our teacher said, It’s Monday morning, Let’s go play! It was only 8 AM, And we all screamed hooray! But when It began to rain, That was really recess bliss, And a half an hour passed so fast, The clock told us this! It wasn’t 8 O’Clock it was 8:30Big hand on the six, We were really very dirty! Big hand on the 6, And we knew that it meant 30 Between the 8 and 8 We saw the little hand go, Recess was over and we screamed, “Oh No!” OH NO! Well our awesome teacher yelled, I’m as proud as a birdy, That you learned the longer hand, On the 6 makes a :30, We washed our muddy hands, In our shiny classroom sink, That made our teacher happy and she gave us all a wink, Let’s have another recess, That starts at 9 O’Clock, Another half hour we were really all in shock! Another Recess? SWEET!

Up On The Housetop | Kids Songs | Super Simple Songs

Lyrics: Up on the housetop reindeer paws. Out jumps good old Santa Claus. Down through the chimney, with lots of toys. All for the little ones' Christmas joys. Ho, ho, ho! Who wouldn’t go? Ho, ho, ho! Who wouldn’t go? Up on the housetop, click, click, click. Down through the chimney with old Saint Nick. First come the stockings in a row. Filled with goodies top to toe. Then to the tree old Santa springs, To place the presents that he brings. Ho, ho, ho! Who wouldn’t go? Ho, ho, ho! Who wouldn’t go? Up on the housetop, click, click, click. Down through the chimney with old Saint Nick. Everything delivered from his sack. Santa has a cookie snack. Back to the reindeer and the sleigh. Into the night they fly away. Ho, ho, ho! Who wouldn’t go? Ho, ho, ho! Who wouldn’t go? Up on the housetop, click, click, click. Down through the chimney with old Saint Nick.

Take Me Out To The Ball Game | Kids Songs | Super Simple Songs

Lyrics: Take me out to the ball game. Take me out with the crowd. Buy me some peanuts and cracker jack. I don't care if I never get back. Let me root, root, root for the home team. If they don't win it's a shame. For it's one, two, three strikes, you're out. At the old ball game! Take me out to the ball game. Take me out with the crowd. Buy me some peanuts and cracker jack. I don't care if I never get back. Let me root, root, root for the home team. If they don't win it's a shame. For it's one, two, three strikes, you're out. At the old ball game!

Vegetable Song | Songs for kids | The Singing Walrus

The Singing Walrus presets "Vegetable Song" - a lively motown-inspired tune that teaches the names of 9 common vegetables that we eat. Each verse introduces 3 vegetables in a fun call and response form that is easy for kids to follow. In each chorus, everyone sings along to the lines "Vegetables for you! Vegetables for me! Vegetables for you and me!" Teachers can use this video as a fun supplement for teaching fruits and vegetables in the classroom. Perfect for both native English speakers and young students of ESL/EFL! Here are the lyrics: (intro 1) Carrot! Cabbage! Broccoli! One, two, three! (verse 1) Let’s chop some carrots (carrots), na, na, na Let’s chop some cabbage (cabbage), na, na, na Let’s chop some broccoli (broccoli), na, na, na Some vegetables for you and me Carrot! Cabbage! Broc-co-li! Carrot! Cabbage! Broc-co-li! Some vegetables for you and me (chorus) And we sing na, na, na na na na And we sing na, na, na na na na Vegetables for you - you! Vegetables for me - me!
